1. Remove the dust cover and turn on the power supply.

2. Place the sample on the pad of the stage, and adjust the coarse/fine knob to focus until the observed image is clear.

3. Adjust the position of the stage, find the field of view to be observed, and make metallographic analysis.

Turn the observation/photographing switch knob on the metallographic microscope to the PHOT position, and the information observed in the metallographic microscope will be converted to the video interface and camera. Turn on the computer and start the image analysis software, so that the real-time image from the metallographic microscope can be observed, and the field of view to be observed can be found and collected and processed.

1. The laboratory should have three-proof conditions: shockproof (far away from the earthquake source), moistureproof (using air conditioner and dryer) and dustproof (laying the floor on the ground); Power supply: 220v 10 percent , 50HZ; Temperature: 0 C-40 C.

2. When focusing, be careful not to make the objective lens touch the sample to avoid scratching the objective lens.

3. Don't switch the objective lens when the center of the round hole of the stage gasket is far away from the center of the objective lens, so as to avoid scratching the objective lens.

4. The brightness adjustment should not be big or small, and it should not be too bright, which will affect the service life of the light bulb and damage the eyesight.

5. All (function) switches should be light and in place.

6. Turn the brightness down when you turn it off.

7. Non-professionals should not adjust the lighting system (filament position lamp) to avoid affecting the imaging quality.

8. Pay attention to high temperature when replacing halogen lamps to avoid burns; Be careful not to touch the glass body of halogen lamp directly with your hands.

9. When not in use, adjust the objective lens to * low state through the focusing mechanism.

10. When not in use, do not cover the dust cover immediately, and cover it after cooling. Pay attention to fire prevention.

11. Optical components that are not often used are placed in a drying dish. 12. Non-professionals should not try to wipe the objective lens and other optical components. The eyepiece can be wiped with absorbent cotton swab dipped in 3:7 mixed liquid. Do not use other liquids to avoid damaging the eyepiece.
